Dracaena Expeditions Booking Policy

At Dracaena Expeditions, we strive to make the booking process as seamless and transparent as possible.  Please read our booking policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions of reserving your travel experience with us.

 

Reservation Process

Initial Inquiry

Contact us via email, phone, or through our website to inquire about tour availability and receive detailed information about the trips we offer.

Booking Confirmation

Once you have selected your desired tour, we will send you a booking confirmation email with all relevant details, including the itinerary, inclusions, and payment instructions.

Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total tour cost is required to secure your reservation. This deposit must be paid within 7 days of receiving the booking confirmation.

Payment Methods

  • Credit/Debit Card: We accept major credit and debit cards.
  • Bank Transfer: Details for bank transfers will be provided upon request.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the Traveler

More than 60 days before departure: Loss of deposit. 60 to 30 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost will be refunded. Less than 30 days before departure: No refund will be provided.

Cancellation by Dracaena Expeditions

In the unlikely event that we must cancel a tour, a full refund will be provided, or an alternative tour of equal value will be offered.

Changes to Booking

Traveler-Initiated Changes

Any changes to your booking (e.g., dates, destinations) must be requested in writing. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but please note that changes may incur additional fees.
